Safer project deletion, re-inspections and a corrected month view

Deleting a project now takes two people and lands in a trash you can restore from, a signed inspection can be superseded by a new revision, and the month-view Gantt lines up with its calendar grid.

  • Deleting a project now needs a second person to confirm, and the project waits in a trash instead of disappearing with all its documents, drawings and photos

Non-conformance, quality acts and hold points

Non-conformances get a project-level register, official quality acts become their own numbered record with an approval flow, and releasing a hold point is signed off and logged.

  • An NCR register at project level: filter by status and disposition, follow the link back to the parent inspection, and record the disposition there
  • Quality acts (ACT-###) are a record of their own with create, submit and review steps, kept out of the daily report lists
  • Releasing a hold or witness point is a signed step, written into a ledger that can only be added to, and everyone concerned is notified

Quality requirements, inspection requests and template versions

Quality control now answers what records a piece of work needs and how many are done, a work inspection request becomes its own document, and a published checklist version can never be rewritten underneath an inspection.

  • A requirements register maps quality records onto WBS activities, with completeness bars and bulk generation
  • Closeout packages group the records a handover needs and show required against done
  • Work inspection requests (WIR-###) are a separate document with submit, respond, cancel and resubmit steps, linked to the inspection they spawn

Construction markup tools, and marking up a drawing together

The markup toolset reaches the set a construction drawing actually needs, several people can mark up the same sheet and see each other, and the shortcuts work on the Mongolian keyboard.

Drawings can now be marked up and discussed in the app, measured directly on the sheet, and every action they go through is recorded.
