• Fees: Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will have access until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Property: The Service, its original content, AI algorithms, and designs are the exclusive property of Build AI. • Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide license to host and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose. • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fukuoka, Japan.
