BuildDrawing Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of BuildDrawing at https://drawing.build-ai.tech (the "Application"), provided by Bileg Duro LLC ("Build AI", "we"). They add to the Build AI Terms of Service (https://www.build-ai.tech/en/terms), which also apply. Where the two differ on the Application, these terms govern. By using the Application you agree to both.

1. The Application

The Application is a CAD drawing tool with an AI assistant. It is offered on plans: Free, and the paid Pro and Enterprise plans. Pro is BuildDrawing's own subscription: it is bought online for the same Build AI account, under the Subscription and Payment Terms (https://www.build-ai.tech/en/billing/terms), and a BuildPlan subscription gives nothing here. Enterprise is by agreement with us. We may add, change or withdraw features; if we start charging for something the Free plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.

2. AI requests

What each plan allows is shown on the Application's start page: AI requests a day, of them plans read from a scan, and drawings kept in the cloud. The Free plan also has a daily total shared by all free accounts; when it is reached, free requests resume the next day. The counts start again at midnight, Ulaanbaatar time. A new drawing beyond your plan's number is kept in your browser only, until you delete one from the cloud or change your plan. We may change the limits, and may suspend the assistant for everyone when it is needed to keep the service running. Do not try to get round the limits, for example with several accounts or automated requests.

3. Your drawings

Your drawings, and what you import or attach, are yours. You give us the right to store, process and show them to you, and to send them to AI providers when you ask the assistant (see the BuildDrawing Privacy Notice) — only to provide the Application to you. You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload, including plans drawn by others. Keep your own copies of drawings that matter: "Download all" saves them all. The Application keeps earlier versions and deleted drawings as the Privacy Notice says, but we do not guarantee that a drawing can always be recovered.

4. AI results and checks against the norms are aids, not approvals

The AI assistant can be wrong: it can misread a plan, a dimension or a scale. A plan read from a scan stays marked "preliminary" until you have checked a known length. The checks of a planned home against building norms (for example БНбД 31-01-10) cover the clauses the Application lists, and are advice where the Application says so (as for single-family houses). They are not an expert review, a permit, or a certificate of compliance. Before a drawing is used to build, to apply for a permit, or for a contract, a person qualified under the law where the building stands must check it and take responsibility for it. You are responsible for how you use the drawings.

5. Plans from the album

The plans the Application offers are designed by us by type, or redrawn with permission from the standard house designs of Mongolia's Ministry of Construction and Urban Development, and fitted to your request. A sheet drawn from a standard design names its source; keep that name on it. You may use the drawings it makes from them, change them and use them in your own projects, including commercial ones. You may not offer the album itself, or a collection of its plans, as a product of your own.

6. What you must not do

• use the Application against the law or the rights of others; • put other people's personal information in AI requests or attachments without a lawful basis; • try to read other accounts' data, test the security of the service without our written permission, or overload it; • copy the Application's code or extract its content by automated means. We may suspend an account that does so, and will tell you why unless the law forbids it.

7. Availability and liability

The Application is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Our liability is as the Build AI Terms of Service set out; nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

8. Ending

You can stop using the Application at any time, delete your drawings, or ask us to delete your account, as the BuildDrawing Privacy Notice describes. If we stop offering the Application, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.

9. Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we publish the new text here with its date; a change to your disadvantage takes effect no sooner than 14 days after we publish it. Questions: contact@build-ai.tech.
